Funimation and Anime Expo are not alone in the virtual convention scene as Otakon announced that they, too, will be holding an online event! While Funimation and Anime Expo will battle it out for fans’ attention on July 3 and 4, Otakon is taking a bit of a later slot with their event on August 1.
The virtual convention will be a day-long event comprising of interviews, panels, workshops, music events, and gaming events.
