Streets of Rage 4 soundtrack coming to a music service near you

If you’re one of the many looking forward to both Streets of Rage 4 and the soundtrack, then you’re in luck. Oh boy, are you in luck.

Thanks to Dotemu, as long as you have access to any of the many digital music streaming services, then you’ll be able to listen to the Streets of Rage 4 soundtrack. Trust me, as someone who’s had some extended time listening to the soundtrack, you’re going to love this.

We're thrilled to announce that Streets of Rage 4 OST will be available day-one on digital platforms (Spotify, Deezer…) and will get its official vinyl this Summer! 🔥🎶

Thanks, @BraveWaveMusic, and @mutantninjaplay for making it happen! #SOR4 pic.twitter.com/4dgntkD1kG

The soundtrack will also see a vinyl record release later on this Summer 2020, that is if COVID-19 doesn’t delay it. And if it doesn’t, then I need to get a record player. No word on an eventual (hopefully) CD release, or at least not that I’m aware of.

Speaking of the soundtrack, just a few days ago the team released four tracks from the game to check out. If you missed out on that, check those out below.

If it seems like I’m constantly talking about Streets of Rage 4, well, there’s a damned good reason for that. But mainly due to me waiting on this game for 20 years.  Sure, I had some hands-on with the game during PAX East 2020, but I think that made my need for this game that much harder on me. Needless to say, I can’t wait to get my hands on the full release.

Look for Streets of Rage 4, arriving this Spring 2020 on the PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch on both digital download or via a physical edition via Limited Run Games.
