You knew it was only a matter of time before the Resident Evil 3 mods would find their way onto the internet. Seeing how the game uses the same engine as Resident Evil 2, crafty modders only need a short time to port over existing mods or create new ones. Case in point is a new mod that replaces the skin for Jill Valentine with 2B, the kickass android from Nier: Automata.
We’ve recorded playing through the Resident Evil 3 demo will this mod, and it looks good. There is a slight issue with the hair and face, but it’s completely functional. Though, I will say that is a bit NSFW. If you’re ever played Nier: Automata or have seen any of the models for 2B on the net, she is a bit revealing. Mainly because of the skirt she normally wears isn’t part of this mod. Hopefully, the creator has plans to add that in an updated model or give us the option to use it.
