Bandai Namco announced that Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4: Road to Boruto will be releasing in the west on April 24. The game original expansion pack for the base game debuted in Japan in February 2017 while the base game itself was released 1 year prior in February 2016.
The game was released in Japan on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC; however, the Western release will be available on Nintendo Switch. The Switch version will contain the Next Generations DLC pack which adds Kinshiki and Momoshiki Otsutsuki to the game as playable characters and adds Boruto series costumes for 11 characters. This content update will also be made available for other versions of the game on the same day the Switch version releases.
Japan will receive the Switch version of the game 1 day earlier on April 23.
