Shadow of the Tomb Raider gets a definitive edition; Coming to Stadia

I suppose it’s inevitable that the bigger selling games will eventually go on to receive a Definitive Edition.

You know, the latest version of a game that included all the DLC, extra content and possibly more stuff. This time around Shadow of the Tomb Raider is getting a Definitive Edition and will be released on November 5th, 2019.

Coming to the PS4, Xbox One PC (Steam) and now Google Stadia, Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition includes the season pass that adds multiple challenge tombs, weapons, outfits, and skills. As well as a brand new Definitive Edition “Croft Fitness” outfit.

If you already own Shadow of the Tomb Raider and the season pass, then your version will be upgraded for free. If you just own the game, you can purchase the Definitive Edition Extra Content bundle, which will replace the season pass. No word on how much this is priced at as of yet. Though I imagine it since it’s replacing the season pass then it will be priced the same, $29.99.

Sadly, if you just want the new skin, you’ll need to upgrade to the Definitive Edition.

If you aren’t sure about picking up Shadow of the Tomb Raider Definitive Edition, why not check out our review of the original game here.
