VIZ Media Details New Anime & Manga Releases For July

VIZ Media has announced new titles coming out in July including JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable Set 4 and Pokemon the Series: Diamon and Pearl. A statement from VIZ Media can be found below on the new releases:


The home media debut of JOJO’S BIZARRE ADVENTURE SET 4: DIAMOND IS UNBREAKABLE will be available as a special Limited Edition Blu-ray set and DVD set; DIAMOND IS UNBREAKABLE continues the multigenerational tale of the Joestar family with Josuke Higashikata. In partnership with The Pokémon Company International, POKÉMON THE SERIES: DIAMOND AND PEARL COMPLETE SEASON also arrives on DVD and includes all 51 episodes of Ash’s adventures in the Sinnoh region.

New manga publishing debuts for July include the indie darling BEASTARS, a high school drama in which animal students grapple with the very human issues of prejudice and discrimination. The new Shojo Beat series DAYTIME SHOOTING STAR centers around a love triangle that develops when a high school girl is torn between a boy in her class and her teacher.
