Monster Hunter World: Iceborne On PC Won’t Be Released Until 2020

By Keith MitchellJuly 31, 2019
Iceborne

I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who was disappointed when Capcom announced that Monster Hunter World: Iceborne on PC was going to be delayed.

While the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players would get access to the next chapter, us PC gamers would have to wait until Winter 2019 to get our hands on it. Well, I’m about to be the bearer of bad news I’m afraid Sadly, the PC won’t get access to the game until January 2020. Yep, that’s quite a bit of a wait.

While this hasn’t been confirmed by Capcom, this release window is stated on the newly released Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Steam page.

Update: Looks like it’s now confirmed by Capcom.

Get ready, hunters! Monster Hunter World: #Iceborne arrives September 6 on PS4 and Xbox One!

I know many of us were hoping to see this arrive before the end of 2019, while many of us already assumed the worse. Hopefully, this window is both correct and doesn’t get pushed back any further. I really want to play Hunter World: Iceborne, but more so on the PC. However, this wait just may make me jump on to the PlayStation 4 version instead.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne releases for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 6th, 2019.

Yep, it stinks, I know. We’ll just have to hang in there.
