E3 2019: Pistol Whip is a VR Rhythm FPS

By Diego PerezJune 10, 2019
Pistol Whip

Cloudhead Games, the team behind the episodic VR series The Gallery, is tackling a wildly different title this time around with Pistol Whip, which they describe as a “music rhythm FPS.”

The game looks like a playable John Wick trailer, and the game aims to capture the feeling of stylish action movie sequences. The game moves you down a straight path, letting you focus on shooting any enemies that stand in your way. The studio has partnered with Canadian music label Kannibalen to create the game’s soundtrack, and it sounds incredible from what we can hear in the trailer, which you can check out below.

Pistol Whip will be out later this year on all major VR headsets.
