EA Play Schedule Released And Anthem Appears To Be Missing

We’re about a week away from E3 2019, which means various companies will start to post their schedules. One such company being EA or Electronic Arts have posted their schedule And while they’re not officially attending E3 2019, their conference is happening around the same time, on June 9th, 2019.

Being as it is, their schedule has been released and it’s full of upcoming and existing titles from the company.

  • 9:15 am: Countdown to EA PLAY
  • 9:30am: Star Wars™ Jedi: Fallen Order™
    • Hosted by online personalities Greg Miller and Andrea Rene
  • 10:00am: Apex Legends
    • Hosted by commentator Alex “Goldenboy” Mendez
  • 10:30am: Battlefield V
    • Hosted by online personality Julia Hardy and EA’s Adam Freeman
  • 11:00am: EA SPORTS FIFA
    • Hosted by Alex “Goldenboy” Mendez
  • 11:30am: EA SPORTS Madden NFL
    • Hosted by NFL Network’s Adam Rank
  • 12:00pm: The Sims 4
    • Hosted by Andrea Rene

As you can see, they have most of their titles covered. While the recently announced Need For Speed isn’t going to be shown, I’m sure we’ll hear a passing reference to it. However, one title that is missing and should be there is Anthem. A title that has been the subject of many peoples minds and seeing this being absent doesn’t do much to assure fans that the game is in a good place.

Thankfully, it’s not all gloom and doom, as it would seem that Bioware is in front of all this. While Anthem won’t be on the EA Play conference, there’s a special live stream taking place tomorrow, May 30th, 2019. This live stream will be available on both Twitch and Mixer, as it takes place at 3PM CT / 4PM ET / 1PM PT. There the team promises they’ll be releasing news on upcoming updates, including a look at the now delayed event, Cataclysm. Hopefully, tomorrow is enough to keep the remaining Anthem fans happy.

See, it’s not missing. It’s just starting a week ahead of the schedule.
