In a surprise announcement, Koji Igarashi and crew have confirmed a second playable character that will be available in Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night. Zangetsu, the demon hunter samurai is out to wipe out any demons that get in his way.
Zangetsu will be available after the release of Bloodstained and will be free for everyone. Yep, you won’t have to pay extra for this seemingly badass character.
Zangetsu also happens to be voiced by David Hayter, of which many will remember as the voice of Snake from the Metal Gear series. This is quite an unexpected surprise, that’s for sure. It’s also damned good to hear Hayter’s gritty voice again.
Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night releases for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on June 18th, followed by a Switch release on June 25th, 2019.
