Devil May Cry 5’s Bloody Palace Will Be Available On April 1st

By Keith MitchellMarch 14, 2019

Nope, this isn’t any of those silly April Fools jokes, we swear. Instead, the first piece of DLC for Devil May Cry 5, Bloody Palace, now has a release date.  Starting on April 1st, 2019, owners of Devil May Cry 5 will be able to download the DLC.

For those not familiar with the Bloody Palace, this is basically a really tough survival mode. It’s you, your wits and skills, against a never-ending assault of enemies. Don’t think this will be a walk in the park, as the further you proceed, the harder the bad guys get. Capcom hasn’t mentioned how many levels this version of the Bloody Palace will have. Previously versions of this game mode have contained both 101 floors with bosses or 9999 levels of insanity. I wonder what will be true for this version.

Sadly, it doesn’t look like we’ll be able to play with Virgin just yet. I also hope I didn’t spoil anything for anyone. So for now, only Nero, Dante, and V will be able to tackle the Bloody Palace. It’s been quite a long time since I’ve placed any form of Bloody Palace, so this will be quite the experience for me.

Devil May Cry 5 is currently available on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you haven’t played the game yet, or check our review. Then what’s stopping you?
