The Walking Dead: The Final Season Episode 4 Release Date Confirmed; Physical Edition Releasing For Consoles

The Walking Dead The Final Season

Skybound Games has announced that the fourth and final episode of The Walking Dead Season 4 now has a release date. Scheduled to be released on Match 26th, 2019, the final chapter in the season entitled “Take Us Back” marks the end of Chem’s journey.

In addition to the release date, they also announced that season 4 will also see a physical release for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. This version will be available in most stores and Skybound’s online store. So if you enjoy having your games in a non-digital format then this is right up your alley.

As an extra bonus, Skybound Games will also be in attendance during PAX East 2019. There you’ll also be able to pick up a physical copy of the game, as well as talk about your love and addiction to Chem and her adventures.

To be honest, while I did play the previous The Walking Dead games. Well, alongside my daughter that is, I haven’t picked up the final season just yet. While I do enjoy these sort of games, I don’t enjoy running through an episode and then waiting months on end for the next game to be released. That said, I’ll definitely be picking up the entire season once episode 4 has been released. In fact, I can’t wait to see what lays ahead for Chem and company. I only hope that she’ll receive a happy send-off, but who am I fooling. I’ll be happy if she just makes it out alive in the end. This is Chem, after all.
