The Nintendo Entertainment Podcast is dealing with a lot of mixed emotions tonight as they contemplate the retiring of Reggie Fils-Aime. But, the show must go on!
First up though, the guys played through a TON of demos this past week in light of the recent Nintendo Direct. Todd has been enjoying Daemon X Machina and Tetris 99, Will likes Tetris 99 as well, but Kingdom Hearts III has been finished too! Don’t worry though, no spoilers. Tyler meanwhile played Yoshi’s Wooly World, and he likes it a lot!
Then, in the news, Platinum Games has had a TON of news with things like Astral Chain details, Bayonetta 3 in Mortal Kombat (possibly) and more, get the details here! And what’s this about more Resident Evil games on Switch? Atlus asking about Switch ports? Switch on top in January?
Finally, in a double main event, the three kings of Nintendo attire pay tribute to Reggie Fils-Aime, and then ask about what his replacement, Doug Bowser, needs to do in order to fill the shoes of Reggie.
