Two Sword Art Online Games Coming to Nintendo Switch

By Josh PiedraSeptember 24, 2018

Bandai Namco made an announcement today stating that Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization and Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet are coming to Nintendo switch and will also feature an English dub!

Bandai also stated that both of the games’ ports are currently in development and that both games will release on the Switch at the same time! For Fatal Bullet, the release will contain the game’s Complete Edition which includes the base game along with all of the previously released DLC content. This also includes the upcoming Dissonance of the Nexus expansion! Hollow Realization will be the Deluxe Edition of the game, which is pretty much the same treatment as Fatal Bullet.

As for when they will release on the Switch remains to be seen.

Fatal Bullet originally launched on February 8 in Japan and later on February 23 in the West. The game launched on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. We have a review of the PlayStation 4 edition up at the following link: https://www.theouterhaven.net/2018/02/sword-art-online-fatal-bullet-review/

Hollow Realization originally launched in October 2016 in Japan and November 2016 in North America and Europe. The game launched on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
