Bandai Namco unveiled a new trailer for their upcoming RPG game Code Vein. The trailer announces the game’s pre-order bonuses, its limited edition version, and its release date!

The trailer revealed that the game will release in Japan on September 27 for the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One. It will release a day later on September 28 on PC via Steam. In North America, the game will release on September 28 on all aforementioned systems and platforms. As for the pre-order bonuses, those who choose to do so will receive a menu theme for the PlayStation 4 which is highlighted by a Code Vein and a God Eater illustration from Kurumi Kobayashi. You will also receive a download code for the Venous Claw weapon.

The limited edition of the game, which is being referred to as the Bloodthirst Edition, will include a figure of the game’s main character Mia Karstein, a Code Vein World Report art book, the OST for the game, and a download code for the Bloodthirster costume set.

Bandai Namco describes the game as follows:

In the not too distant future, a mysterious disaster has brought collapse to the world as we know it. Towering skyscrapers, once symbols of prosperity, are now lifeless graves of humanity’s past pierced by the Thorns of Judgment. At the center of the destruction lies a hidden society of Revenants called Vein. This final stronghold is where the remaining few fight to survive, blessed with Gifts of power in exchange for their memories and a thirst for blood. Give into the bloodlust fully and risk becoming one of the Lost, fiendish ghouls devoid of any remaining humanity.
