Miramar Map Coming to Xbox PUBG Test Servers Tomorrow

By Keith MitchellApril 23, 2018
Xbox One Miramar

While the Miramar map has been available for play on PUBG for the PC for quite some time. The map hasn’t been available on for those on the Xbox One. However, there’s a bit of good news as the map will be arriving on the test servers for the Xbox One. And it’s coming tomorrow.

Yes, tomorrow.

Starting later today, anyone who owns PUBG on Xbox One can download the Miramar test server (called “PUBG Test Server”), directly from the Microsoft Store.

As the map is in an early stage of development, some aspects may not function as expected. For matchmaking reasons, the test will be limited to TPP on NA servers. We might make adjustments to this depending on how the test goes.

During the test period and beyond, we will be actively listening to player feedback and using it to improve the build, so please be sure and share your comments, questions, and concerns in the thread below! There will also be “bug bounty” rewards: 150 players who help us find bugs will get some swaggy in-game items.

The map will be available for download at 12 AM and will be playable on the following dates:

U.S.  SCHEDULE

  • 4/25, 4/26, 4/27: Servers available 5 AM PDT through 11 PM PDT
  • 4/28 & 4/29: Servers available 11 AM PDT through 11 PM PDT

Here’s to Xbox gamers finally being able to play the map. Meanwhile, the question I have is what changes have they made to the Xbox version of the map. Personally, I’m not a fan of the map on the PC and prefer the original map. But I won’t deny that the map doesn’t have any merit, because it does. It’s just a bit too wide open, a snipers paradise for me.

Are you going to check out the map when it’s available? We’d love to get your feedback on what you think about the map.
