Wolfenstein Volume 1 by Dan Watters Publishes December 19th

By LizLizDecember 7, 2017
Wolfenstein

This prequel to Wolfenstein: The New Colossus will transport you back to 1960, to a world where the Nazi’s won the war and outsiders are fighting to survive. With a solid writer, this volume is bound to please. Fans will recognize writer Dan Watters from the Dark Souls and Assassin’s Creed comics. He’s no stranger to writing for a video game tie-in series.

Here is the official description from Titan Comics:

Writer: Dan Watters
Artist: Piotr Kowalski and Ronilson Freire
Publisher: Titan Comics
TPB, $16.99, 104pp, On sale: December 19
ISBN: 9781785863417

Prequel to Wolfenstein: The New Colossus – the highly anticipated new game from Bethesda. Written by Dan Watters (Limbo, Assassin’s Creed). Art by Piotr Kowalski (Sex) and Ronilson Freire (The Mummy).

It’s 1960, the Nazis won the war, and a small band of outsiders fight to survive in occupied America. But the relative peace of their sanctuary is shattered by the arrival of Nazis on the hunt for some top-secret quarry. But they’re not the only new faces. A strange old lady has a tale to tell of the legendary Nazi hunter – B.J “Terror Billy” Blazkowicz.

Happy reading! Given the timing, this could make a great last minute gift for that special gamer in your life.
