New Sucker Punch IP ‘Ghost of Tsushima’ Announced

By VeronicaOctober 30, 2017
Ghost of Tsushima

Those anticipating confirmation of Sucker Punch’s latest project at Paris Games Week got their wish! Sony assured fans that there would be several new announcements at their press conference, and among them was Ghost of Tsushima.

Here’s the story trailer:

The last game from Sucker Punch was Infamous First Light, and that was in 2014. Clearly, Ghost of Tsushima will be quite the change of pace from the Infamous series. It’s still too early to tell what kind of game Ghost will be, but the developers did call it an open-world adventure in an interview that went up today. It’s refreshing to see a grounded, historical game set in Feudal Japan coming to PlayStation. And with Sucker Punch behind the project, it’s hard not to be excited.
