Brook Xbox One Controller Adapter On Kickstarter

By Keith MitchellOctober 4, 2017

If you’re a member of the Fighting Game Community, then the name Brook should be familiar. This is the same company is known for developing adapters that let you use a number of controllers on different platforms. Pretty handy if you don’t like buying new controllers and joysticks everytime a new console is released. I know I don’t.

Now, they’ve got something in store for those the Xbox One controller. An adapter that lets you use the Xbox One controller on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. This adapter will connect to the back of the controller and once it is configured, it will work with all the systems mentioned – wirelessly. The adapter will also work on PC, but only wired.

It also doubles as a chargeable battery. Sounds like a match made in heaven, especially if you enjoy the Xbox One controller.

You can see how the adapter works in this video below.

The campaign still has ten days to go still and has already reached the first goal of $5,000 USD. There’s plenty of stretch goals yet to be met, however, the adapter will be creators regardless if those are hit or not. If you’re interested in chipping in, the campaign can be found here.

We’ve already pledged towards the adapter, so expect a review once we get this in our hands.
