Destiny 2 Clan Has Already Beaten The First Raid

By Keith MitchellSeptember 13, 2017
Destiny 2

Well, I expected someone to beat the first Destiny 2 raid, Leviathan, within the first week. What I didn’t expect was for someone to beat it in JUST SIX HOURS. But that’s exactly what “The Legend Himself” clan has done. Congrats on a job well done.

Congratulations to Clan 'The Legend Himself' on being the World First to complete the Leviathan Raid.

What’s better than beating the first raid before anyone else? Having the developer of the game cheering you on! And that’s exactly why Bungie did, as they cheered away as like they were the ones who beat it. I’m sure it was like watching your children heading off into the real world.

And for the world first, everyone (well, almost everyone) benefits from it as Bungie has released a new Crucible map for the occasion.

Sadly the crew here is still patiently waiting for Destiny 2 to be released for the PC. Truth be told, we’re a bit bummed that we couldn’t be in the running for a world’s first, but I’m sure they’ll be plenty of time for that later.

Destiny 2 is currently available now for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The PC version won’t be released until October 24th, 2017 – and yes, the wait is killing us.
