Orcs Must Die! Unchained Arrives On PS4 In July

By Keith MitchellJune 29, 2017

Orcs Must Die! Unchained, the next entry in the Orcs Must Die! series is set to arrive on the PS4 on July 18th. The title is a Free-to-play game, just as it was when it originally released on the PC. With the release comes an added bonus of PlayStation exclusive goods, such as currency, skins, and consumables. These exclusive goods are valued at $20 and will be available for free, up until August 17th, 2017.

Take the mantle of either a powerful mage, brutal Blackpaw or Sorceress. But that’s not all, as you’ll be able to unlock other heroes as you play through the games various modes – Classic Survival and Sabotage. Sabotage mode is pretty interesting as you’ll play as a team against 3 others, as you summon all sorts of baddies to interrupt their game. Of course, they can do the same to you, so watch out.  The team who has the most rift points at the end wins.

Just as the previous entries, the goal of Orcs Must Die! Unchained to fend off waves of incoming Orcs, with traps that can extinguish your foes in all sorts of manners. Seriously, some of the gruesome ways the Orcs go out is rather amusing.

If this sounds like your kind of fun, be on the lookout for Orcs Must Die! Unchained for the PS4, on July 18th, 2017.
