The King Of Fighters Is Heading To PC? Hell Yes It Is!

By Keith MitchellMay 9, 2017

King of fighter XIV on PC

It’s been a fantastic time for PC gamers as of the past 7-8 months. Titles such as niche games that would have never seen the light of day have been brought over. We’ve seen tons of JRPGS making their way, as well as several big name fighting games. Well, we can add another game to that list as SNK as announced that the King of Fighters XIV is heading to PC.

This news comes from Twitter user Gatory_kof, who translated the news from a Chinese press event. Besides the announcement, a closed beta was mentioned, as well as pre-purchase information being prepared.

KOF XIV Steam Version will be released on this May.

As someone who enjoys gaming on their PC just as much as their consoles, this is fantastic news. It’s a win-win for everyone at this point. Both PS4 and PC gamers will be able to take advantage of the title. And from what I hear, it’s doing very well. In fact, our very own Clinton Bowman reviewed it for the PS4 and he enjoyed it.

Here’s to hoping that there’s some sort of cross-platform support, just like there is in Street Fighter V.

The King of Fighters XIV is currently available on the PlayStation 4.
