Nintendo Entertainment Podcast – Episode 27 – Don’t Hate The Future

In the latest episode of the Nintendo Entertainment Podcast, past, present, and the future are all up for debate as the team talks about some of the latest occurrences in their favorite titles!

For example, with Square Enix saying they’re “focusing the most” on Nintendo Switch, could this mean the arrival of games like Kingdom Hearts III on the platform? Or what about mainstream Final Fantasy games? And what’s this about Todd being “Fake News”?

Then, the guys talk about Fire Emblem Heroes, and the arrival of Ike…that’s eventually coming…someday…and what this means for the game, as well as why it’s taking so long to get him. Plus, with the Voting Gauntlet that’s currently going on, the guys aren’t so sure that the mode is very fun. Especially since one lady is dominating without a care in the world. Next, the guys call out some haters, and praise some heroes, and you’ll be surprised on some of their callouts.

Finally, with Breath of the Wild’s success comes word that future games will be heavily influenced by the game. Is this a good idea? You’ll find that out, and more, on the Nintendo Entertainment Podcast!

Don’t forget that we want YOUR suggestions for opening themes for future episodes of the podcast! Send your NES, SNES, or N64 suggestions to us via Twitter! You can reach Tri-Force Todd at @Guardians_Comic, Tellius Tyler at @TylerKelbaugh94, or Wario Will at @shadowz596! If your song gets picked we’ll name drop you on the podcast!
