Bandai Namco Is Teasing A New Project, #PrepareToDine

By Keith MitchellApril 13, 2017

When I got the email this morning, I noticed that Bandai Namco was teasing a new project. Currently being codenamed “#PrepareToDine,  which I nearly mistook that as #PrepareToDie, is some sort of upcoming title from. That’s it, as Bandai Namco hasn’t shared any other info, other than a teaser trailer and an invitation to find out more on April 20th, 2017.

The video, however, is a bit more revealing. From the opening moment, we can see that the character you play as is some sort of vampire, with the pointed fangs and blood dripping from the mouth. Which would make sense as this is being called #ProjectToDie. It would also seem like this game is set in the modern world as see a trash dumpster a little further in the video. The design/art style is similar to what we see in anime’s as well, so it has that going for it. Assuming that this is actual gameplay and not CGI, rendering, etc.

Finally, there’s a difference between the trailers that were released. There were two releases, one for North America and the other for European regions. However, on the NA trailer, there’s a link to a #Preparetodine website, www.bandainamcoent.com/news/preparetodine. Here you’ll find a sign up form to stay up to date with the game, so make sure you sign up for that.

I guess we’ll find out more on April 20th, 2017.
