Arc System Works has announced the release date for Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 on the PS3, PS4, and PC. As of May 26th, 2017, you’ll be able to get your hands on the title. The wait is almost over!
There will be two different versions of the game; digital for all platforms and a physical release for the PlayStation 4. Gamers who already own Guilty Gear Xrd can pick up the update for $19.99, which the standalone copy will cost $39.99. Rev 2 brings the return of fan favorite Baiken. and a new character; Answer. In addition, a new arcade mode, and story modes will be added for Dizzy, Jam, Kum, Raven, and Baiken.
No word if North America will also receive the mini “GUILTY GEAR Xrd REV 2 ORIGINAL SOUND TRACK“, that Japanese gamers will get if they pick up the game early. This soundtrack includes the opening theme, and themes for “Answer”, “Baiken”, “Dizzy”, and more for a total of 9 tracks.
