Watch Mass Effect Andromeda Combat Weapons & Skills Official Gameplay Series

How is fighting in this new Galaxy?

The latest two videos showcasing the Mass Effect Andromeda gameplay series reveal a good portion of the combat and skills. First thing notice is the space, the return of open field skirmishes on planet surfaces from Mass Effect 1 is back with the fast pace that was always increasing exponentially with each sequel. And with this new entry in the franchise is no different. The addition of the jump-jet keeps going further in this line of giving the player more freedom of movement.

Second most important feature talked on the videos are the skills, principally their number. 300 skills according to the information presented, a very big number, but it would be safe to assume that most of them will be just passive skills or bonuses. The biggest change from the previous games in the franchise, however, is the fact that now there isn’t a class restriction for the powers at the disposal of the pathfinder. This means you can mix all the powers you want, create your own favorite selections and change them in the middle of combat.

You can find the gameplay videos and more information on Mass Effect YouTube official channel.

Mass Effect: Andromeda releases on March 21 st 2017 for PC, PlayStation 4/PlayStation 4 Pro, and Xbox One.
