Shadow of Mordor Sequel is Real, Warner Bros. Release Official Trailer

By Keith MitchellFebruary 27, 2017

Over the weekend, Target made a blunder by releasing information about the upcoming WB sequel to Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor. We originally didn’t want to run the story because we simply couldn’t confirm it. And since then, Target has pulled all information regarding the title, but the damage was done.

Now, Warner Bros. has released their “Announcement Trailer” for the title.

This is fantastic news, as Shadow of Mordor was easily my on my favorite games of 2015, so I’m pretty excited for the follow-up. The title releases on Xbox One, PS4, and PC, on August 22nd, 2017. Meaning we’ll have one more title that we weren’t looking forward to this Summer 2017.

It will also support “Xbox Play Anywhere” and will arrive on Project Scorpio later in the year.

Sadly, there’s no gameplay in this trailer, but does mention we’ll see some gameplay come March 8th, 2017.
