Eb Boon Has Revealed the Release Date of Injustice 2

By Keith MitchellJanuary 6, 2017

Hey, we can stop wondering now, the release date for Injustice 2 is here! While this isn’t an *official* announcement, Ed Boon has taken to Twitter recently and has apparently *leaked* the release date of Injustice 2. With just one image, the release date of May 5th, 2017, was made known to everyone who follows Ed Boon’s Twitter feed.

So now that we know the release date, he’s to hoping that we’ll start seeing more character reveals. That last time we saw a reveal was some time ago, and it would be nice to see more regarding the roster. Right now we know of 10 characters that will be in Injustice 2; Superman, Supergirl, Harley Quinn, Gorilla Grodd, Aquaman, Batman, Blue Beetle, Deadshot, Atrocitus and Wonder Woman. Who else is coming is anyone’s guess right about now.

If we know Ed Boon, we’re soon to see something about this dropping soon. Hopefully sooner than later. Also keep in mind that this release date is two months prior to the 2017 Evo Championship starting. Could we possibly see Injustice 2 making an appearance there?

Injustice 2 releases on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One. Mobile versions will release on ioS and Android devices. Sorry PC gamers, there won’t be a version of Injustice 2 on the PC.
