New Footage Of Nioh Running On PS4 Pro

By Keith MitchellDecember 9, 2016

Thanks to PlayStation Access, we have access to new footage of Koei Tecmo’s upcoming Action-RPG title. Nioh, a game that borrows heavily from the Souls series and one that many are calling “Samurai Souls”, was shown off running on the PlayStation 4 Pro. With this new footage, we’re able to see a new area that wasn’t shown off before, with new enemies and even a new boss battle.

The footage is simply amazing in 4K, so if you have access to a PlayStation 4 Pro or PC and a 4K display, definitely watch the video this way.  In addition, Nioh will be able to output both a 1080p and 4K signal on the PS4 Pro upon release.

  • PS4 Pro, HD display. Option 1: “Movie Mode” Stable 1920×1080 resolution with high-quality anti-aliasing at 30fps
  • PS4 Pro, HD display. Option 2: “Action Mode” Stable 1920×1080 resolution at 60fps
  • PS4 Pro, 4K display. Option 1: “Movie Mode” Stable 3840×2160 resolution at 30fps
  • PS4 Pro, 4K display. Option 2: “Action Mode” Stable 1920×1080 resolution at 60fps

Nioh has a release date of February 9th, 2017 for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro.
