EA To Bring One Of Their Big Titles To Nintendo Switch

By Todd BlackNovember 15, 2016
Nintendo Switch

More and more 3rd party developers seem to be showing their love and support for the Nintendo Switch. None moreso than EA, who has seemingly been behind the console right from the outset. They have praised both Nintendo and the Switch itself for its revolutionary look and gameplay aspects. Though the company notes it’s still cautious about how it will do once out in the world. As Gamespot notes that Electronic Arts CFO Blake Jorgensen said at a conference today that:

“It’s an interesting device,” he said. “But I can’t yet predict how broad it’s going to be. Will people be interested in a portable device alongside their regular portable device that they have today?”

All that being said, they are stating they are throwing their games behind the Nintendo Switch, with apparently a big port coming to the Switch.

“We haven’t yet announced what game, but you should assume that it’s one of our bigger games,” Jorgensen said. “We’re excited for Nintendo.”

What could the game be? Well, there’s a lot of potential, the fact that they said port could mean the game is already out, or it will be on coming out in the next months. Very hard to say for sure right now.
