Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs to Curate WWE 2K17 Playlist

By Clinton Bowman-ChristieAugust 8, 2016

WE AIN’T GOIN’ NOWHERE…CAUSE IT’S BAD BOY FOR LIFE!

Before his appearance on Monday Night Raw tonight, Billboard.com revealed that Bad Boy Entertainment founder, CEO and artist Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will curate the soundtrack to WWE 2K17. This is the first time since WWE 2K15 that a soundtrack will be curated (John Cena curated that soundtrack,) and this year’s soundtrack features a mix of different musical genres, including hip-hop, heavy metal, rock and electronic dance.

“I am a huge WWE fan. I love the intensity and the competition and I wanted fans to feel that energy in the soundtrack for WWE 2K17…While prepping for the upcoming Bad Boy 20-Year Family Reunion Tour, I’ve been thinking a lot about the past and the artists that inspired me. I mixed some of my favorites with some of the best new acts in the game today to create something really special.”

While not as extensive as the NBA 2K16 soundtrack, WWE 2K17’s soundtrack is pretty sizable, headlined by one of the hottest songs from 2001, “Bad Boy for Life.” The soundtrack, shown below, features tracks from Diddy, Black Sabbath, Anderson .Paak, Action Bronson, French Montana, Wale and more.
