Pre-Orders for Razer’s Newest Gaming Mouse Now Live

By Clinton Bowman-ChristieJuly 12, 2016

Earlier today, Razer announced that pre-orders for their newest entry-level gaming mouse, the Abyssus V2, have gone live.

The Razer Abyssus V2 is a “basic-but-versatile” mouse “perfected for any playing style.” It is also an ambidextrous mouse, meaning both right handed and left handed gamers can take advantage of the versatility of this peripheral. It features an “upgraded 5,000 DPI optical sensor, lighting features, as well as on-the-fly programmability.”

The Abyssus V2 also boasts four rapid fire, tactile, hyperresponse switches, with a lifespan of “up to 20 million clicks,” and contoured, yet comfortable grooves for easier control. It’s also a tiny mouse in comparison to most of Razer’s other line up, measuring only 1.5 x 4.6 x 2.5 inches. In comparison, their Deathadder Chroma measures 5 x 2.8 x 1.7 inches.

The Abyssus V2 is now available for pre-order for $49.99 at both Amazon.com and Razerzone.com, with units shipping later this month.
