The A-01 Podcast: Extra Credit #2

By Josh PiedraJune 3, 2016

Welcome to a special edition of The A-01 Podcast.  The Extra Credit series is a special that we produce that does not involve our normal format or even our normal hosts!

Hosts
J.J. Piedra and Mark Sullivan

Topic
On this edition of A-01 Extra Credit, we take a look back at an anime that is considered to be a timeless classic.  The 1995/1996 blockbuster from Gainax, Neon Genesis Evangelion.  It wrapped up in the winter of 1996 so this is, essentially, the anime’s 20th anniversary. Mark and I watched it and are here to offer up our thoughts on the series that made and broke Gainax as a studio.

As a warning, there are SPOILERS in the podcast so if you haven’t seen Neon Genesis Evangelion yet, then you may want to watch it before listening to the podcast.
