Taking down the Crystal Sage in Dark Souls 3

By Keith MitchellApril 2, 2016

We’re back ladies and gentlemen with another Dark Souls III boss fight. This time we’re focusing on that magic tossing Crystal Mage. This fight is straight forward; you have to dps her down while avoiding her attacks and the mirror images.

The trick to taking down the Crystal Sage is to dps while avoiding incoming damage. While she doesn’t seem like a threat, her homing magic is deadly and can two-shot you if you aren’t careful. Eventually after receiving enough damage, she will cast blue crystals on the ground. You must run or roll through as many as possible, as these will several as mirror images. The good thing is they don’t have much health and one attack will take them down.

Focus on the Crystal Sage if possible, but don’t let yourself get surrounded or it may be over you for.
