New Machinima-Original Street Fighter series due March 2016

By Adriel RangelDecember 7, 2015

Street Fighter V hasn’t even been released yet, but that hasn’t stopped the team behind 2014’s Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist from taking one of the game’s new(ish) characters and starting up a whole new series based around them. Specifically speaking, this five-episode miniseries is about the resurrection of Charlie Nash, aptly dubbed Street Fighter: Resurrection.
Though there are no details as to the story, thanks to previously existing media, it can be assumed that Urien and Gill of the Illuminati cult will make an appearance. Otherwise, exactly what is in store for viewers is a mystery.

Little else is known about this mini-series besides that it will be exclusive to Verizon’s go90 video platform and will be released sometime in March of 2016.

Adriel has been an avid lover of games and anime for near all his life. Hailing from Chicago where he is currently pursuing a degree in game design, he greatly prides himself on using both his gained knowledge from his schooling as well as his life-long experience as a gamer to analyze and express his love for games. As far as Anime goes, he likes all sorts, but loves dramatic action; his favorites being Fist of The North Star and JoJo's Bizarre adventure. Fun Fact: Adriel's favorite genres of games are Fighting games and Shooters, but his love for his reckless playstyle keep him from achieving greatness.
