New In-ear Stereo Headset announced for the PlayStation 4

By Keith MitchellNovember 3, 2015

Sony is poised to release a new in-ear headset for the PlayStation4, as it was just announced over at the PlayStation blog. Looks like this is aimed at those who don’t like the clunky conventional headsets, as these in-ear headsets come with a few additions that you normally wouldn’t find on a pair of earbuds, such as a built-in microphone, noise-reduction AudioShield technology, as well as an attached battery that can provide up to 15 hours of battery life.

Just plug it into a Dual Shock 4 controller and away you go. What’s that? Don’t have a PlayStation 4? Well that’s just fine as the headset will also work with a PS Vita, smartphones, tablets or anything that has a standard headphone jack on it.

The In-ear Stereo Headset is set for a December 2015 launch, however they haven’t announced a price point just yet.
