NYCC 2015: TMNT S.H. Figuarts make a showing at NYCC 2015

By Keith MitchellOctober 9, 2015

While I had heard about the Tamashii Nations SH Figuarts Classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I hadn’t seen them up and personal until today. Sadly the figures were nuzzled at the end of the Bluefin display and it didn’t help when you’re trying to take pictures of them. Still from what I say, the quality of the figures was really detailed and captured the essence of the 90’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from the old cartoons and comics.

On display were the original four heroes in a half shell; Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael. Sadly there as was no Splinter but I would have loved to see Tamashii Nations work their magic on them as well. Hopefully they’ll think about him later on down the road.

The figures, while strictly on display and not for sale, otherwise I would have gotten them all, don’t have a release date as of yet.
