The Outerhaven Podcast #71 – Sodium in my Iron Blood

We’re back with The Outerhaven Podcast #71 – Sodium in my Iron Blood and would you look at that, it’s the eve of Evo 2015. But that won’t stops this hyper active show. So sit back and let your hosts; Clinton, William and Carlos (Ani-hater), proceed to drag you down to that wacky place that we like to call home and give you this latest podcast.

We also would like to give our condolences to the family of Satoru Iwata, who passed away this week at the young age of 55. Many of us grew up on Nintendo and even though many of may have our issues with today’s Nintendo, there’s no forgetting why we loved Nintendo when we were younger. May you rest in peace Satoru Iwata-san, the world will not forget you.

And before I forget, we’ll be up and about during the 2015 Otakon event and we’ll be taking photos, videos and snagging people for impromptu interviews. So if you’re going to be at Otakon, be sure to watch for us…. cause we’ll be looking for you.

Topics:

  • Shadow Jago announced as his own character. We break it down.
  • Current EVO 2015 winners and loser pools / brackets for all games.
  • Tekken X Street Fighter is still alive and Harada has been teasing us all along.
  • Splatoon makes a showing at EVO 2015? It has it’s own booth?
  • The passing of Nintendo’s Satoru Iwata this past week.
  • Comic movie news: Why does  the movie version Apocalypse look like Ivan Ooze, Batman V. Superman talk and Batman: The Killing Joke is getting an animated movie, the Suicide Squad movie and Deadpool.
