Revolution Chapter Two Released

By Walter MackMay 18, 2015

NBC’s Revolution, a post-apocalyptic series set in a world where electricity was permanently shut down was cancelled after its sophomore season in 2014. Despite being small, Revolution had a devoted fanbase that fought for a third season. While it wasn’t enough to renew the series, a small victory was had, as DC Comics and Revolution show runners announced the continuation of the series in comic book form (much like how Jericho did. Dystopian shows don’t seem to do too well for some reason…). The comic follows the aftermath of the show’s second season as the now sentient nanotech (who are capable of seizing bodies) flock toward Bradbury, Idaho to form their own town.

Revolution will continue to follow the main survivors Miles Matheson (Billy Burke), Sebastian Monroe (David Lyons), Rachel Matheson (Elizabeth Mitchell), Charlie Matheson (Tracy Spiridakos), Aaron Pittman (Zak Orth), Priscilla Pittman (Maureen Sebastian), and Tom Neville (Giancarlo Esposito).

As of Chapter 2, Connor Monroe (Mat Vairo) and Gene Porter (Stephen Collins) are the only surviving main characters not to have reappeared, though Stephen Collin’s character may have just been written off after his sexual abuse charges.

Chapter Two can be viewed for free here.

Revolution Season 3 will be comprised of four chapters, releasing bi-weekly. Chapter 3 will release on June 1st, and the Season finale will release on June 15th.

Walter is a California native. He is currently in his last year of college pursuing a B.A. in English, but is often mistaken for a freshman...or a middle school tourist on occassion. His earliest gaming experience was Pokemon Red version on the Gameboy color, which he played actively. He would dabble with the Nintendo 64 and Playstation 2 for a bit before transitioning to many years of F2P MMOs. He then moved on to League of Legends, with whom he as an on and off again relationship. He currently spends most of his game time on his Playstation 4. He's also a bit of a Marvel nut.
