Etrian Odyssey Untold 2 Release Date Announced

Atlus has given us a release date for Etrian Odyssey Untold 2: The Fafnir Knight. The game will be available in North America on August 4th. European fans will have to wait until February 12th.

Pre-order and first print copies of the game will come with special bonuses. Players will receive a collectable box, a staff book, and a CD containing six “rough sketch” versions of the game’s soundtrack.

In addition to the date being solidified, Atlus has released a trailer detailing the new cooking mechanic.

Etrian Odyssey Untold 2: The Fafnir Knight is a remake of Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard, and is the second game in the Untold sub series. The game has been confirmed to have a variety of new features. These include multiple saves, downloadable content, a revamped story with new characters and voice acting, as well as an entirely new labyrinth to explore.
