New Elite: Dangerous screenshots, beta 2 has started, beta 3 dated.

With the release of a new beta for the upcoming Space Adventure MMORPG title from Frontier Developments , Elite: Dangerous, comes new screenshots. Beta 2 has started is open for everyone to check out the game with beta 3 is slated to start on October 28th, 2014.

Recent additions to the second beta includes SLI/Crossfire support, updated system maps, and much more. You can see what’s new in beta 2 here.

The release date for Elite: Dangerous is still slated for Q4 2014 for a PC launch and later on in 2015 for MacOS. There still are no confirmed plans for a console release.
