Keith D. Mitchell may seem look like an average guy, but he’s anything but. He’s quite the gamer, cutting his teeth on the Atari 2600 and Intellivision, and has been a constant in the gaming scene by either running his own dedicated game servers, or a website dedicated to video game music, then eventually starting The Outerhaven as a gaming and technology journalist. He’s also one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet in this life or the next.

Josh (or J.J. as some have come to call him), is a long-time geek culture enthusiast with a deep passion for anime, manga and Japanese culture. Josh also has a Bachelor of Arts in Game Design and is a creative writer who has created original content for over 20 years! He is also the author of the original English light novel Final Hope.
A reporter by trade, Sara is a lover of horror, sci-fi, and all things pop culture. From indies to classics to even the strangest schlock, all movies and TV shows are fair game. She believes Batman is the most fascinating superhero, and that Silent Hill is one of the best horror franchises ever made (as long as you don’t count the movies). Fun Fact: The only movie Sara will not rewatch is The Room — once was more than enough.
The main “Australian arm” of The Outerhaven. Karl primarily spends time playing and reviewing video games while taking time to occasionally review the latest movie or piece of gaming technology.
A self-proclaimed Nintendo fanboy, born, bred, and Mushroom fed! He’s owned every Nintendo handheld and every console since the SNES. He loved games so much he went and got a video game degree and dreams of writing video game stories
Andrew comes from the majestic land of New Jersey (the part that doesn’t smell). A big fan of sketch comedy, he writes and performs it whenever possible. He gets his powers from listening to indie folk music and drinking aloe water.
Tyler Kelbaugh is a Nintendo writer for The Outerhaven Productions. He fell in love with gaming at the ripe young age of 4, a passion born from years of consistently failing to survive Marble Zone. If you mention the words “Fire Emblem” around him he’ll talk your ear off. He’s also a pretty competent Smash Bros. player, and a passionate sports fan.
Philosophical, Gaming, Otaku, at your service! Born in Nintendo’s golden age, his blood runs on Mario and Nintendo. With his philosophical degree, he learns to see the big picture, other points of view and tries to make unbiased thinking and judgments. Part-time Substance Abuse Case Manager, Full-time gamer, otaku, and student of life.
Scott Adams is someone who has been in the gaming community most of his life but really put his toes in it once the ps2 got a hold of him. He loves RPGs and stories in games, books, movies, anime, and tv shows. He has a habit of overanalyzing things he enjoys.

Matthew “Getselious” Paul is the head of The Outerhaven’s gaming video content creation team, where he’s constantly streaming recent and upcoming indie games on Twitch, and on The Outerhaven’s YouTube channel.
Kyle enjoys video games and talking about them. He’s also a big fan of everything else nerd culture as well. Well, almost everything.
Sean has been writing about games since 2007. He mostly specializes in written reviews especially in some of his favorite genres like JRPG’s, Platformers, and Action games.

The British “Canadian” Chris Penwell has been a video game journalist for almost 10 years. He writes guides, reviews, and news stories with efficient detail. Some of his favorite games include Kingdom Hearts, Beyond Good & Evil, and Rayman 2.
