Granblue Fantasy: Relink Receiving Demo In January

By Scott AdamsDecember 23, 2023

If you are like me and have been hoping to try Granblue Fantasy: Relink before the game releases, then CyGames has some good news for you! As announced on their Twitter late last night, we are getting a playable demo for the game that will show off several modes of the game and 11 playable characters in the roster.

Granblue Fes 2023 News:

A playable demo of Relink is coming to PS4 and PS5 consoles in January!

Learn the ropes through the tutorial mode, play a slice of the main story, and embark on multiplayer quests online—all for free! ✨#Relink pic.twitter.com/UmScw70b5z

The demo has a lot going for it. You get to play a section of the main story and an online mode that lets you play with people and do several quests with them, as well as 11 playable characters. That is a lot of bang for your buck, which in this case means no bucks, lots of bang.

Playing the demo does nab you rewards for the full game and data can be transferred. What exactly gets transferred isn’t specified but I do hope it is actual progress. This could mean the main story section might be the first few sections of the game. Even though Granblue Fantasy: Relink is coming out on PC as well, the demo is only for PlayStation consoles.
