Dragon Ball FighterZ is getting some new updates soon in the form of stability of rollback. So, they’ll need the public to lend their energy to the cause, but only if you’re on the PC. An upcoming Steam PC Test is taking place and is available to current owners of the game.

Tomoko Hiroki, Dragon Ball FighterZ Game Producer at Bandai Namco, headlined the announcement.

“I would like to take this opportunity to announce the upcoming Public Beta Test on Steam with rollback implemented,” Tomoko started. “First of all, we apologize for making you wait. We are very grateful to all of you who have been waiting for it.We have been working hard to build a satisfying environment and now we are finally ready to share it with you,” continued Tomoko. “We would like to hold a Public Beta Test on Steam from November 30, 2023. This beta test is available to all owners of Dragon Ball FighterZ for Steam.”, via Eventhubs.

Bandai Namco has been on this feature for a year or so. Rollback netcode for Dragon Ball FighterZ was originally announced back in August 2022. Even though new content and updates were meant to be done with, August 2023 had patch 1.33 to come out of the hyperbolic time chamber with improvements to movesets and the like.

Dragonball FighterZ is still worth the wishes

Dragonball FighterZ is the latest fighting game to bring the long-running franchise that Akira Toriyama built to life. The game’s frantic 3-on-3 tag, pick of the litter favorites from Z and Super, and elaborate attention to source details (look at the finishing moves) and original story have been its highlights, next to it being tournament-legal. We loved it, too.

Dragonball FighterZ is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
