Code Vein II Showcase Set for Tokyo Game Show 2025

Bandai Namco has revealed that it will be showcasing Code Vein II during the Tokyo Game Show 2025 via a pre-recorded broadcast that will hopefully provide more information on the game. And honestly, it’s about time.

This showcase is scheduled for September 24, 2025, at 7 PM PST / 10 PM EST, which is September 25, 2025, at 11 AM JST. Fans can catch the presentation on the official Bandai Namco YouTube channel.

Ever since Bandai Namco invited me to its initial reveal of Code Vein II, the follow-up to not only Code Vein but also the game widely known as the “Anime Soulslike”, I’ve been waiting for more. The reveal event itself, though appreciated, was a letdown. We only saw a sliver of gameplay, and every subsequent event the game appeared at seemed more focused on showing off the in-game motorcycle than the game itself.

I’m not expecting a release date yet, and honestly, I don’t want one. I’d rather see Bandai Namco Studios Inc. and Shift Inc. take as much time as they need to ensure Code Vein II is a worthy successor.
