Last week marks the third consecutive week the Love Live movie took the number one box-office spot. The movie grossed an impressive 267,161,780 Yen (21,69,578 USD) and sold 188,004 admissions. As of last week, Love Live! The School Idol Movie has earned over one billion yen.

Comparatively, The second Attack on Titan compilation movie has struggled to find its footing. Attack on Titan: Jiyuu no Tsubasa has grossed a disappointing 47,706,500 Yen (387416 USD), landing it the number 10 spot.
The Love Live movie will premiere globally from August to well into October. The movie will screen at various theaters across the US starting September 12.
