Everdark Sovereign Sentient Pest Drops July 3rd in Elden Ring Nightreign

A brand-new nightmare is joining the party in Elden Ring Nightreign, and its name is Everdark Sovereign Sentient Pest. Dropping into the rotation on July 3rd, 2025, at 6:00 PM PDT / 9:00 PM EDT, this freshly evolved Nightlord is about to make its debut—and if the name alone doesn’t sound like a bad time, wait until you meet it in battle.

It’s been a month since Bandai Namco and FromSoftware unleashed Elden Ring Nightreign, and as the FromSoft addict that I am, I’ve been absolutely lost in Limveld ever since. This game’s been draining my time, my soul, and occasionally my sanity—but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve clocked over 300 hours between the PC and Xbox versions, and I’m still not done.

Dark whispers echoes from the Night's wings.
Let the flames of redemption burn away its somber influence.

Since launch, we’ve already seen two enhanced Nightlords—Everdark Sovereign Adel and Everdark Sovereign Darkdrift Knight—arrive with new mechanics, buffed stats, and enough spite to make even seasoned Tarnished cry. Now, it’s Sentient Pest’s turn to step into the spotlight, and something tells me this is going to be the most chaotic one yet.

FromSoft hasn’t revealed all the details, but come on—you know the drill. New attack patterns. Absurd status effects. Just don’t forget your poison resist and magic negation, and maybe bring some fire while you’re at it… No reason, just a hunch.

And if you haven’t given Elden Ring Nightreign a try, and perhaps you’re still on the fence, give our review a read.

Elden Ring: Nightreign is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
