Social Deception Game “Eat The Rich” Will Arrive On PC In July

Key art for Eat the Rich

Eat the Rich, the post-apo-capitalistic social deception game that pits billionaires against each other from publisher Monstronauts and developer Maccima Games, will launch on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, as announced today in the Southeast Asian Games Showcase at Summer Game Fest. Eat the Rich will debut on PlayStation, Xbox, and mobile platforms at a later date!

Pay the ultimate price as one of the wealthy elites responsible for society’s collapse by becoming a participant getting forced by the masses to take part in a sadistic gameshow called EAT THE RICH. Nothing is off-limits! Forge fragile alliances with frienemies to gain crucial intel, betray them just as quickly, and avoid being voted off to safely laugh all the way to the bank. Remember, trust funds, not friends.

Compete in group mini-games themed after billionaires’ beloved pastimes, including dodging flattening fees in Tax Evasion and devising foolproof pump-and-dump schemes in Crypto Miners. Go for the high score in solo, carnivalistic mini-games and take aim in the shooting gallery, or cast a wide net while fishing. Sneak “hard-earned” winnings back to the vault before other billionaires get their own grubby paws on them!

Spend pennies at vending machines for the upper hand against fellow fatcats. Wield overpowered Advantages to Steal voting ballots, gain Amnesty to erase votes, or make another big wig a Scapegoat to avoid elimination entirely. Mix and match a range of unlockable Top and Bottom costumes and Accessories to create a custom billionaire worthy of stealing the show.

“We think everyone deserves a way to EAT THE RICH! We hope this slice of chaos brings some catharsis in a time where the have-nots are constantly taken advantage of by you-know-who,” said Allen Tan, CEO of Monstronauts. “There is more mogul madness to come, and we can’t wait to show you soon!”

-Press Release

Eat The Rich will be available on July 23rd, 2025, for PC. It will be released on PlayStation, Xbox, and mobile consoles later.
