Pokemon Masters Officially Releasing August 29th

By Todd BlackAugust 24, 2019
Pokemon Masters

Nintendo is on a hot streak with its 1st party titles right now, and it’s aiming to continue that with its Mobile Initiative, for it’s been confirmed today that Pokemon Masters is coming to Android and iOS on August 29th!

For those that don’t know, Pokemon Masters is a very different kind of Pokemon title. You’ll go to a new island region where there’s a special Masters Tournament going on. You’ll team up with two other trainers and fight your way through the ranks until you become champion. In a twist though, instead of having a massive Pokemon collection to choose from, you’ll instead be “catching” trainers as you progress!

Many of the trainers are legends from the games and anime. Including Brock, Misty, Cynthia, Iris, Steven, Lance, and more.

For a glimpse at the game, check out the official trailer below.
