Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto has a brand-new manga series and it is set to begin serialization in the upcoming Spring. The new manga is titled Samurai 8: Hachimaruden and will be serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. Okuba Akira will be drawing the manga while Kishimoto will write the manga’s story.
While there is no official plot, it appears to be a sci-fi setting with a samurai theme. A promotional video for the manga was released which you can view below:
